My officemates and I went to Yellow Cab Macapagal Avenue to celebrate our anniversary and as a despedida for me.. I’m usually the one who collects money to pay for the food so when I said, “Come on! Chip in! Chip!” they asked me, “tig magkano ba?” (how much should each one give?), then I said.. “Kahit magkano..” (any amount!..)
So they started laughing and put their share on the table. One of them was really kind-hearted enough to put one peso, but the other one is even kinder to put 10 cents!
Lol!
Don’t worry, we were able to pull enough funds to pay for 2 18-inch Pizza and had one of the best times of our life.
I will really miss you people.. You make every breakfast, every pay day, very memorable. :)
